Questions (7) - Can you help?
1) Hi! So, I’ve tried pretty much everything I can think of to solve this problem—I always get massive tangles underneath my hair, in the very back. I’ll spend half an hour in the shower untangling with conditioner and a comb, I braid my hair when I go to sleep (it usually falls out), I’ve tried detangling sprays…but no matter what, usually within hours, I have another tangle forming. I don’t know what to do! Any tips?
2) So hi, I have really curly thick hair and I normally shower at night and put in gels, straightning stuff, and a few other things. So i have 3 questions: 1. Is there anything that I can use to make my curls looser? 2. Is there anything I can use to make my hair longer? 3. How should I do my hair at night so I wake up with it looking nice. It would really mean a lot to me if my questions got answered…I struggle with my hair and I guess I just need help.
3) Hi love! Okay I have A LOT of curly hair. Like A LOT! But I want to dye it Ombre style. And my hair dresser said that this was going to be a hard task because i have SO much hair. And its curly so that makes it way worse. And I dont want to cut it. But i really want it Ombre. So what can I do

TSA pats your hair down for suspicious and dangerous weapons. True story: I flew to Boston last week. After I stepped out of the full body scanner, the TSA agent said she was going to pat me down from the waist up. “No problem,” I said. And then she proceeded to squish my hair, searching for Chinese throwing stars, nail clippers, knitting needles, shoe bombs, and toiletries exceeding 3 ounces.
I just wanted to say that this blog literally speaks so much truth to all of us curly haired people! I LOVE IT and I just look at every post thinking, “OMFG, THIS!” Never stop this brilliance.
I finally found a man that is absolutely nuts about my hair, even when it falls into his face, gets caught in his fingers or mats up when we’re playing around :3

Advice of Sept. 23/12
For all you lovely curlies whose hair does not look like it does when you lay down at night, may I suggest you invest in a satin cap and a silk scarf and wrap your hair up at night. It will resolve MANY of your issues. Trust and Believe.
I would like to comment about a solution, not a problem. I have very curly, corse and thick hair. I recently invested in the WEN haircare products available on QVC. The Fig scent was suggested for my hair type. It is a cleansing conditioner system. It has been the best thing ever for my hair. I have also tried the DEVACURL system and found WEN to be a better solution for me.
